In brief, I ordered a motorcycle helmet from Ride Gear in April 08. Here it is, September and still no helmet and no refund. I've filed complaints with PayPal and the BBB, all decided in my favor. Did that help? No.
So what's next? Small claims? How about class action? Can we get the CA gov to revoke their business license? Cause... um, this is just a tad illegal.
Hmmm....
In the meantime, how about a nice forum where everyone who has a beef w Ride Gear (like these people, and these people) can vent? Yes. That sounds good.
